Ocean's Edge offers guests a custom-built, one-of-a-kind Columbia
Craftsman" living room with high ceilings and exposed beams, an outdoor
hot tub overlooking the ocean, and a quiet sunroom, the ideal nook for
reading. The wrap-around deck offers a 270 degree view of the ocean.
This amazing home has plenty of space to entertain but is designed with
perfect places for quiet time. The main floor has two beautifully
appointed bedrooms with ocean views. The third bedroom and sitting area
are upstairs with a second wood-burning fireplace and bath creating a
private sanctuary.
The lower recreation room floor has a separate
bedroom with adjoining bathroom with shower.
Luxury linens and
quilts, marine-themed antiques and overstuffed furniture enhance the ocean
views from nearly every room.
The large dining area seats 12. The
fully gourmet equipped kitchen includes a double oven, high BTU gas stove,
all large and small appliances, pots, pans, utensils and spices. Sandy
beaches and amazing tide pools make Ocean's Edge, the perfect retreat for
families, couples and friends.

Policies
Check-In/Check-Out: •Check-In is 4:00PM on the
Arrival Day. •Check-Out is 11:00AM on the morning
after the last night of stay (Departure Date).
Children and infants Are Welcome: Guest must
provide for any required traveling, eating, bathing, and sleeping items
for infants and small children.
Dogs (Please Inquire): If approved, there is a
$50.00 non-refundable fee.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the house.
There are no handicap facilities: Main level of
house (with Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Bathroom and Bedroom) is
one step from street level.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping
service. The property is cleaned just prior to your arrival.
Guests: Bedding and dining can accommodate ten
guests depending on the mix of adults and children and privacy
requirements.
Deposits, Payments and Refunds
Currency: All rates in US dollars.
Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard are accepted for
both deposit and balance payments via Wells Fargo Bank.
Checks: Checks accepted if received with sufficient
time to clear your bank before arrival date.
Initial Payment (Hold): A deposit is required to
hold your reservation.
Balance Payment (Confirmed): 4 weeks prior to your
arrival, you must submit the remaining balance thirty (30) days prior to
arrival date.
Payment for Short Notice Reservations: The full
amount for short-notice daily rates is immediately due at the time of
making the reservation.
Security Deposit (Refundable based on Inspection):
$1,000.00 - If property damage or loss is determined immediately upon
check-out, you will be contacted for compensation.
Refunds (Cancellation Charges): $35.00 refund
charge for all and any cancellations. Full refund available if
cancellation made 60 days prior to stay.
